As a sales rep in the Sales Dept, responsible for maximizing market share in the region assigned.Expand market share by introducing Neogen solutions to mainly food processors in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Technical service, Key account sales, Business development sales, Marketing and Operations) and distributors.
営業部のセールス担当として、社内のステークホルダー(技術サービス、キーアカウントセールス、事業開発、マーケティング、サービス&エクセレンス等)や販売代理店と連携し、主に食品関連事業者の品質管理部・品質保証部・工場長に対し、食品微生物検査、理化学検査、栄養成分分析等食品検査備品の販売・提案活動を行い、担当地域の市場シェアを拡大する業務を担う。(担当エリアについては応相談。)
- Analyze sales and market share of assigned region and customers, develop sales and activity plans based on analysis results and manage progress to achieve sales targets.
- In addition to finding new accounts by yourself through the use of local account information, using distributors and marketing leads to finding new target accounts and proposing solutions.
- Increase engagement with existing customers, maintain sales, and conduct up-sell and cross-sell activities utilizing a broad product lineup.
- Build relationships with local distributors and obtain agreements and track the progress to expand market share in your area.
- Actively participate in Neogen events for customers, distributors, and internal events.

- Share information obtained through own activities (especially competitive information and information on customers with manufacturing bases in other areas) to the entire organization and contribute to cross-organizational activities to maximize the company's overall profits.
- Actively participate in internal and external training programs to acquire industry and product knowledge and improve sales skills.
