【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 Our research division is looking for a scientist to lead antibody and conjugation technology development for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). This is a key role, responsible for driving the creation of next-generation ADCs. In this position, you will guide innovative antibody design, optimal linker selection, and the establishment of efficient conjugation strategies, spanning from the development of novel ADC technologies to the creation of clinical candidates. You'll work closely with relevant departments both domestically and internationally to advance our pipeline.【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） • Actively participate in ADC projects, contributing to team decision-making through the creation of ADCs and the data you generate.• Lead the creation of optimal ADC clinical candidates by strategically selecting antibodies, linkers, and conjugation methods• Perform comprehensive in vitro characterization of generated ADCs.• Serve as an ADC Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering appropriate advice and solutions.• Develop novel ADC-related technologies and explore external technological advancements • Contribute to patents, publications, and technical reports

【応募要件 / Qualifications】 ＜必須 / Must＞ - PhD with 3+ years or MS with 5+ years of relevant experience in biologics research- Desire and ability to work in cross-functional, flexible and team-oriented environment- Well-balanced communication skills (active & passive) in own language and in English
＜歓迎 / Want＞ - Experience of antibody-related modalities development especially in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)- Experience of oncology research.- Experience of patent application- Experience in collaborations with external research groups

【給与 / Salary】 ①基本給：当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定 ②裁量労働制の場合：裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000～100,000円支給 ③フレックスタイム制の場合：月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給 ①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability. ②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000～100,000yen, based on the Grade) ③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
