POSITION SUMMARY:
• As BE, in close cooperation and guidance from the Team Manager and sales team, support and drive business processes including support to the Sales organization and our customers in technical and commercial matters.
The daily work includes responsibility in driving sales activities related to implementation of new customer projects such as product and prototype selections, calculations, quotations, follow-ups, prototypes, preparation for serial production and logistic setups and support, claim handling, sales and application support locally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Driving the Business Engineering processes and contribute to improvements.
• Business Engineering process includes, selections, technical meeting/support for the customer, required documents preparation, report translation, claim handling, approval related job, etc.
• Identify, develop and improve Key Performance Indicators.
• Obtain relevant business intelligence for regional account management, Japan.
• In consultation with Reginal Sales Manager support defined accounts with technical and commercial tasks.
• Drive sales activities related to implementation of new customer projects.
• Drive and support customer projects (such as implementation of new products and technologies) as well as improvement projects related to quality, cost etc.
• Handle both field/line claim reports with internal partners; gather material for decision making and write customer reports upon local decisions - manage quality control.
• Deploy and adhere to SWEP policies and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• A university degree in technical engineering.
• Above 3 years of working experience, background within thermal engineering or similar. Experience in the refrigeration and/or air conditioning industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Driving license.
• Japanese : native level
• The ability to communicate in written English and a willingness to develop English language skills in a global company environment
• Very welcome if candidates have any of;
1. Working experience of Sales Representative for any B2B
2. Working experience of Business Engineer for Heat Exchanger
3. Working experience of "project management" and/or "sales".
4. HVAC related and/or Energy management qualification.
5. Working experience at component/system company.
6. Working experience as an Engineer at manufacturer of "Air-Conditioning related product", "Refrigerator", "Refrigerating machine" and/or any components which has heat exchanger loaded.
7. Experience of dealing with "heat" related product/component.
8. Experience of claim handling or quality control.
