This role directs client servicing team resources to achieve overall client satisfaction and serves as a point of escalation for complex issues. The individual focuses on assigned functional services in the Global Custody disciplines. S/he will manage day to day activities for assigned client relationships and perform oversight of product offerings to support high client satisfaction.
S/he will normally be responsible for managing Senior Client Service Representatives.
Key Responsibility:
Client Service
•Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point person for key client contacts•Work effectively with internal teams to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution•Oversee activities of assigned client relationships and accounts to ensure client satisfaction •Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries and support client servicing deliverables•Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency •Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and product•Coordinate and participate in client meetings•Participate in intra/inter-departmental projects and initiativesRisk/Control:•Ensure adherence to all established procedures, controls, and best practices•Oversee the day to day activities of the team to ensure inquiries and deliverables are handled timely and accurately •Ensure all client documentation is updated and archived •Provide oversight of all BBH products, services, and key deliverables for assigned clients relationshipsLeadership:•Oversee the day to day activities of direct reports•Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staffs to improve individual and team performance •Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, and assist new staff members in learning job specific tasksQualifications:
•BA/BS degree•3 to 5 years of financial industry experience (client servicing focused environment is preferred)•Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English •Strong attention to details•Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately •Ability to work in a collaborative environment •Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships•Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems•Ability to motivate staffs and support development•Fund services knowledge is preferred•Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsWe value diverse experiences.
