【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 The Continuous Improvement Specialist collaborates with various stakeholders and across geographies to enhance HR processes and services. They ensure service delivery consistency, manage compliance, and improve process efficiency. The role involves overseeing service transition projects and implementing the Global People Services Model. The specialist drives the stabilization and adoption of process and technology such as HR systems, myHR, Global Payroll, and Global Time.【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) Process Improvement & Strategy • Contribute to the strategic CI plan and roadmap, including cost-saving initiatives • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities • Maintain and track the CI opportunity portfolio across processes, systems, and documentation • Support the development and application of CI tools and training (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) HR Service Delivery & Systems • Enhance HR processes and services through continuous improvement initiatives • Support service transitions and adoption of HR systems (e.g., myHR, Global Payroll, Global Time) • Review and improve employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with process owners • Contribute to policy and procedure updates, ensuring readiness for employment law changes Change Enablement & Communication • Act as a Change Champion to support adoption and minimise disruption • Develop strong communication channels (e.g., huddles, updates) to keep stakeholders informed • Coach Team member to identify improvement opportunities and foster a CI culture (変更の範囲) 会社内での全ての業務

【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required> • Intermediate IT literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, LMS, HRIS platforms) • Experience in HR process design, transaction support, and employee administration in a multinational context • Experience managing HR service delivery projects, including business case development • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with project management tools and techniques • Understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle and employment law readiness
<歓迎 / Preferred> • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification • Strong knowledge of HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management)

【給与 / Salary】 ①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定 ②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給 ③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給 ①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability. ②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade) ③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
