Maintenance Engineer

We Believe You Have:

• A regular driver’s license (ability to drive a regular car)
• Experience as a service engineer or support engineer
• English proficiency or willingness to work using English

Employment type:

•  Full-time employee (3-month probation period)

Salary:

• From 5 million yen annually (including overtime and various allowances)
• Salary will be determined comprehensively based on past experience and interview evaluation
• Bonus: Available (once a year, in April)
• FY2023 result: Around 10% of annual base salary
• Salary raise: Available (once a year)

Working Hours:

• 9:00–17:30 (50-minute break, actual working time 7 hours 40 minutes)
• Hybrid work combining office attendance and remote work
• Full flextime system

• Full five-day work week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (12/30–1/4)
