Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in vehicle development (preferably over 5 years).
- Knowledge of automotive systems (ECUs, sensors, communication protocols, etc.).
- Project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher preferred).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Practical experience with Japanese OEM projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical experience with OEMs.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as MISRA.
- Knowledge of hardware such as PCBA.
