Overview
This role supports the business operations of Japan Waters, focusing on order operations.You will be primarily responsible for data entry into the SAP order system used globally byWaters, as well as handling a wide range of tasks including delivery schedulemanagement.
Responsibilities
・Sales administrative tasks including responding to emails/salesforce frominternal service engineers, sales teams, and distributors regarding inventoryand delivery schedules (including providing answers and negotiations).
・Document organization such as filing.
・Order operations tasks such as inventory inquiries and tracking shipmentstatus associated with order entry.
Qualifications
・Experience and skills in sales administrative tasks from order to cash (Orderto Cash)
・Fast and accurate data entry skills with a high capacity for handling largevolumes of administrative tasks
・Ability to handle stress and responsibility, especially in meeting deadlines
・Positive attitude with high comprehension and eagerness to learn
・Skills in drafting business emails and business communication
・Intermediate or higher proficiency in Word and Excel
・Willingness to work overtime when necessary for business needs
・Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
・No requirement for English proficiency (but should not have an aversion toit); English skills are a plus.
