In strategic roles, you will contribute to increasing ad sales on Rakuten Link, developing business models for new services, and formulating medium- to long-term strategies for existing services like Link SPS. In more specialized roles, you will gain extensive business knowledge, including KPI management, data analysis for marketing strategies and campaigns, and coordination with legal, public relations, customer service, and data teams to achieve objectives. Having transferred here a year ago, I have been involved in a wide range of tasks and have experienced significant professional growth.
Job Duties
This role is crucial for enhancing Rakuten Mobile's profitability. You will primarily collaborate with the Rakuten Group's advertising sales team to develop and implement strategies and execution plans for the advertising business. Responsibilities include crafting advertising proposals, securing orders, managing ad distributions, reporting, and making subsequent proposals to boost the advertising business on Rakuten Link. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in developing new features for Link, playing a vital role not only in advertising sales but also in product development. Our deep connections with accounting, legal, and other departments provide a rich environment for acquiring a broad range of professional skills, with many tasks contributing to future skill development.

Intent to increase advertising sales
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the media advertising industry
Experience in UI/UX planning

This position will be hired by Rakuten Group, Inc. and seconded to Rakuten Mobile, Inc.
Your official affiliation will remain with Rakuten Group, Inc., so the salary structure, benefits, and evaluation system will be the same as those of Rakuten Group, Inc.

TOEIC score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
