What you will do:
- As Service Engineer, you will: Participate in preparing customer site for installations events, assesmbling machines and conveyers
- Participate in the installation of relevant re building kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production environment
- Use of TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance, correct work
- Good Knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation
- Proactively contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding business development of customers
- Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.
We believe you have:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance and/or repair work, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience is strongly desired.
- Technical English is required.
- Strong PLC Programming Knowledge.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- An attitude to represent Tetra Pak at our customers, such as:
- Be service-oriented, putting the customer at first place.
- Team player with high commitment, but with the ability to act decisively if/when needed.
- Developed problem-solving skills, with an ability to apply structure and priority to duties.
- Persistent and efficient with a logical/structured way to solve issues
