【仕事内容】
日本ウォーターズ株式会社 サービス本部に所属して、フィールドサービスのサポート業務およびコールセンター業務を担当していただきます。サービス本部は、自社製品の保守、修理、点検、および協力企業製品のサービスサポートを担当する部門です。
■就業環境：
完全週休二日制(土日祝)9：00～17：15
■ 社風：
外資系ですが、社員の大半は日本人です。仕事に真面目な方が多く、働きやすい環境です。

Responsibilities

サービス問い合わせ受電受付
サービス見積作成補助業務
外注製品の作業依頼に関わる業務
校正機器の管理
外部委託業者への業務委託依頼
円滑に顧客にサービスサポートを提供するための社内サポート業務を実施する。
サポート業務の観点から業務効率化のプランの立案し遂行する
Qualifications
【スキル】
基本的なPCスキル(Office 365 操作)
【実務経験】
下記経験歓迎
・コールセンター業務
・分析機器メーカーでのサービスサポート業務
・Salesforce/SAP使用経験者
現在同ポジションには3名の方が在籍しており、産休・育休制度も充実しているうえに、時短勤務も可能なため、長期的にご就業できる環境となっています。
※実験機器をあつかっておりますため、一般生活になじみのない専門的な用語は、教育の機会を設け業務の中で覚えていただきます。
※外資企業のためご自身の希望となりますが、英語のドキュメントの確認や本社スタッフとのコミュニケーションの機会もありますが、英語スキルは、必須ではありません。
