- 電話、メールのお問い合わせへの対応
- 該当するオペレーション部門への予約関連トレーニングの提供をアシストする。
- 予約システムに入った予約内容のアップデート
- 予約デイリー/ウィークリー/マンスリーチェックリストに従って全ての業務を遂行する。
- 旅行代理店からのコミッションに関する問い合わせを調査し、サポートする。
- 高いレベルのゲストサービス、チームワーク、そして可能な限り「既成概念にとらわれない」姿勢を示し、模範となる。
- Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
- Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
- Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
- Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate, room type, billing, etc.) in PM for accuracy.
- Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
- Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
- Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service, teamwork and "stepping out of the box" where possible
資格
- 4～5つ星ホテルでの同様の業務経験（予約チーム）
- ホテルでの経験が望ましい
- 英語および日本語での文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション
- 以下のようなシステムの使用経験
- オペラクラウド
- リザウェブ
- TLリンカーン
- テーブルチェック
- 一休レストラン
- ホットペッパーなど
- 企業のニーズに応じてプロセスを変更するオープンさが必要。
- Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
- Experience within Accor is desirable
- English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
- Experience with systems like:
- Opera Cloud
- Resaweb
- TL Lincoln
- Table check
- Ikyu Restaurants
- Hot Pepper etc.
- Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the
