研修について
無期雇用の正社員として入社後、日本国内または海外（アジアまたはヨーロッパ）にて、18か月間のトレーニング期間があります。研修期間中は、通常シフトと洋上シフトに分かれています。
- 通常シフト：月曜日～金曜日(土日休み)
主に座学研修となります。 - 2.洋上用シフト：12時間シフト(休憩時間を含む)
主に実地研修期間中に実施されます。

21日連続勤務(間に休日あり) ／21日連続休暇
開始時間と終了時間はプロジェクトと風力発電所によって異なります。ナイトシフトもあります。
※その後も、技術レベルを高めるために定期的に研修を実施いたします。
研修期間終了後、
秋田県・潟上にある洋上風力発電の安定稼働を支える、保守業務全般をご担当いただきます。
業務内容
・定期的な点検および保守(高所作業あり)
・トラブル発生時の対応
・作業で必要な材料、部品、工具の選定と準備
・作業前ミーティングへの参加
・作業内容のレポート作成
・顧客対応
・顧客との打ち合わせ内容のレポート作成
・工具や部品の点検と管理
・安全管理 など
勤務地
18か月の研修期間終了後は、秋田県潟上市での勤務となります。
応募条件
必須条件
・高卒以上
・海上勤務が可能な方（不安な方には体験制度あり）
・基本的なPCスキル
・英語に挑戦してみたい方
・英語のレジュメをご提出いただける方 ：業務において英語を使用しますが、語学力がなくても学ぶ意欲があれば大丈夫です！
・普通自動車第一種運転免許(AT限定可)
(海外の運転免許をお持ちの方は応相談)
・何らかの技術系職種のご経験
(装置、設備、フィールドエンジニアなど)
