- 上層部により指定されたその他の職務を遂行する準備ができ、責任を負うこと。
- Posting Expenses of invoices and monthly accrual.
- Manage the Fixed Assets Register and maintain it correctly.
- Manage the actual fixed assets inventory.
- Electronic and hard copy filing of documents
- Must work in safe, prudent and organized manner
- Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
- To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management
資格
- 経理部門経験3年以上
- 買掛金管理または資産管理経験者優遇
- 簿記検定2級程度の知識をお持ちの方優遇
- ホテル勤務経験者優遇
- 基礎レベルの英語力
- 対人能力、問題解決能力
- 時間管理、マルチタスクスキル
- テンポの速い環境でプレッシャーに負けずに働く能力
- チームの一員として同僚と協調して働く能力
- More than 3 years' experience in Accounting Department
- Preferable previous experience of accounts payable or Assed Assets Ledgr..
- Knowledge equivalent to Level 2 of the Bookkeeping certification is preferred
- Experience working in a hotel is preferred
- Basic level English proficiency
- Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as of of a team
