The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
【職務内容】
ソルベンタムプロダクツ㈱山形事業所では、医療用テープ製品を主とした製品を製造しています。
今回の応募で、山形事業所のプロセスエンジニアとして加わっていただいた際には、山形事業所構内、および、外部協力会社における各種製造プロセスを担当していただき、以下の様な業務を担っていただくことになります。
- 新製品の導入に関わるプロセスの構築
- 既存製品製造工程に関わる生産性、収率などの改善活動
- 既存製品の製造工程の維持管理
- 新製品の導入、工程の改善に関連する設備投資計画
製造拠点ですので、製造に関わる原材料のサプライヤーや、出荷を行う物流担当者と連携して日々の出荷のサポートを行うことはもちろん、新製品の開発に際しては相模原にいる技術担当者と連携してプロセスを構築するなど、社内の多くの部門と連携、コミュニケーションを取っていただき、担当する製品を世界に出していくことになります。
なお、ソルベンタムプロダクツ㈱は、USのソルベンタム社の現地製造会社となっていますので、多くの海外ビジターが事業所を訪れたり、海外のカウンターパートとのコミュニケーションもWeb会議で行うことや、必要に応じて海外の生産拠点を訪問する等海外出張の可能性もあります。
応募条件
今回募集のプロセスエンジニアとしての必要スキルとしては、以下のものがあげられます。
【必須条件】
4年生大学以上で機械系、または、化学系の専攻
＊製造設備の理解、原材料、製品の理解のための基本的知見となります。 マイクロソフトのExcel、Word、PowerPointなどの操作
＊PowerBI、PowerApps等が扱えるとなお好ましいですが、必須ではありません。 普通自動車免許＝必須
【歓迎条件】
英語コミュニケーション能力
＊ネイティブに話せなくてもOKですが、英語でのコミュニケーションに対して拒絶反応が無いこと。
＊海外ビジター等とのコミュニケーションを繰り返すことで、英会話スキルは向上していきます。
・プロセスエンジニア経験
・機械、化学についての知識
・DXについての知識

出張
必要に応じて、サプライヤーや協力会社、ソルベンタムグループ会社の茨城事業所、相模原事業所などへの国内出張はあります。
なお、必要に応じて海外ソルベンタム事業所への出張もあります。
