Service Cloud、Platform、Agentforce、Data Cloud、Slackなど各ソリューションの専門家集団として、各顧客担当の営業組織と協働してビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。
Role Description:
コマーシャル領域（従業員数199名以下のお客様）に対して、「Service Cloud」製品群の拡販に注力していただくポジションです。
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、ソリューションエンジニアリング部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。
Specialist AEとは:
特定アカウントにフォーカスしたアカウント営業（Account Executive）に対して、Specialist AEは製品軸で担当する業界/地域のビジネス成長を実現する営業職となります。
目の前の商談をCloseするための営業スキルを磨くことはもちろん、Generalistとしての視点でビジネスを進めていく経験ができます。

トラステッドアドバイザーまたはコーチとして、「Service Cloud」とお客様のニーズをマッチングする上で、CRM、カスタマーサービス、コンタクトセンター、フィールドサービスに関する専門性を備えた人物像が求められます。
Basic Requirements:
ビジネスアプリケーションなどのIT営業経験
課題解決型の提案営業経験
ビジネスチャンピオンからCレベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様との卓越したカスタマーマネジメント経験
目標達成のためのプランニング経験
商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験
Preferred Requirements:
口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル
コンタクトセンターやカスタマーサービス関連の業務経験
ITソリューションのエヴァンジェリストとして講演等をした経験
