About the Role:
As an Account Manager at YOUAPPI, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned advertiser base. You will build and maintain close client relationships, deeply understand their marketing goals, and ensure the success of their campaigns. Your role involves identifying growth opportunities, upselling relevant solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaign execution. You will also lead business reviews with clients, keeping them informed about product updates and market trends, and facilitate their feature requests with our product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned advertisers.
- Fully understand each advertiser’s marketing goals and track key success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell relevant products or services.
- Analyze account performance and work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss goals, new product features, and evolving market trends.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal product teams to facilitate feature requests and improvements.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of direct account or agency management experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with mobile and programmatic advertising is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of growing revenue in quarterly managed business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Language requirements: Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
- A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing company environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills, curiosity about online advertising, and a passion for driving success.
