- Work with Manager to develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) with outsourced tax accountant office.
- Assist to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, implement policies and procedures as approved by Corporate-USA office.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements, e.g audit, tax, pension, licenses, etc of the organization are met with.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control (AR Management), and petty cash (if any).
- Assist Manger to management accounting & reporting, tax and finance operations of the and the timely provision of high quality, accurate financial data is provided on timely basis with outsourced tax accountant office.
- Assist with review monthly results with Finance Manager on monthly basis and assist to implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget, prior month and prior year including preparing monthly performance deck/report.
- Assist with management of cash flow and assist to prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with finalisation of annual Budget (or rolling forecast, if any) with Finance Manager and ensure submitted on time.

- Job costing review to ensure accurate and timely billing and cost accounting as per revenue recognition policy of the company and highlight exceptional
- Assist with review and co-ordinate with Finance Manager for the various agreements of customer/Vendor..
- Ask the right questions, to understand the business and to challenge status quo for improvement of overall company profitability.
- Assist with HR matters, such as payroll bank upload file, overtime report to outsourced payroll provider, etc. including General onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensures operations team closes all job files each month with costs/revenue.
- Any other tasks that assigned by Finance Manager.
