INTRODUCTION
Engineered Materials (MCM) is looking for Technical Sales or Application Development Engineer to create new opportunities and businesses and manage customers who specifically require paste products for automotive & Industrial application.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage Key Automotive & Industrial customers to create new opportunities & new businesses.
- Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Report to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Build strong customer relationships, get trust by customers, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development.
Activities for job
- Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts
- Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Application Development and Marketing to create pipelines and follow up projects/complaint cases.
- Set up lead project meetings for own accounts.
- Attend sales meeting.
- Manage internal system for pipeline, forecast, pricing etc.
- Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely.
Qualifications 要求
- Hopefully, several years in sales or business development related experience in the electronics, chemical or automotive industry.
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationship with customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Japanese, also an ability to read/write/oral communication in English.
- Positive/Proactive attitude -Achiever, Self-motivated, persistent in following up and willingness to develop skills required for personal development.
- Customer focus with ability to understand customer needs and issue.
- Good communication and people skills in a complex environment.
- Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft office and SFDC.
- Acceptance of domestic & oversea travel reasonably.
