Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels (digital, social, PR, retail, and partnerships).
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify key opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and e-commerce, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Support content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging across various touchpoints, including, PR initiatives, and offline activations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing resources.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to drive innovation.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)
- Proficient in English (Good written and communication skills)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing for the Japan market
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Comfortable to work in an international environment
- Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands, and being part of a growing team
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
