Business Consultant (Digital Transformation / Co-Creation for Outcome Delivery)
Overview
We are a business consulting team driven by a single mission:

As a Business Consultant, your role involves assisting clients in their digital transformation (DX) and customer experience (CX) efforts—from initial planning to practical implementation and continuous progress. This is not a backseat advisory role—we are looking for professionals who are committed to co-creating results with our clients, deeply engaging with their teams and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify client issues, surface latent needs, and quantify business impact
Develop DX/CX strategies and execution roadmaps
Define requirements and design solutions using Adobe DX products (AEP, Marketo Engage, Target, Workfront, etc.)
Support execution through campaign planning, system design, and technology implementation
Lead continuous improvement cycles (PDCA) to drive measurable outcomes
Establish trust-based relationships with client collaborators, from management to operational teams
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and communication as needed
Typical Roles
Depending on the project, you may take on one or both of the following roles:
Business Lead: Responsible for shaping business strategy and ensuring alignment with outcomes
Operations Lead: Drives tactical execution, system deployment, and process optimization
Both roles require a strong dedication to delivering results and maintaining a co-creation approach throughout the engagement.

Performance Evaluation
Your performance will be evaluated along two key dimensions:
Utilization: Percentage of time spent on billable client projects
Result-Based Contributions: Evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively, including:
- Measurable business impact delivered with the client
- Contribution to account management, proposals, and sales activities
- Involvement in knowledge sharing, initiatives, or public-facing content
- Internal or external recognition of project success stories
