【Position Overview】
Join our hotel restaurant team as a Line Cook, responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to recipes and quality standards. You’ll handle cold dishes, special orders, and ensure food safety and consistency throughout the kitchen.

- Prepare and plate dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage food storage, thawing, and temperature control
- Assist with daily specials and communicate stock updates
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the team during busy hours
