Your team
You’ll be part of FSO Japan team, based in the Eiraku Building in Tokyo.
The team consists of 15 members and is divided into three groups: Account Onboarding, PKR, and CLM.
This role primarily supports the Account Onboarding and PKR teams.
You’ll collaborate with multiple internal departments to manage KYC processes.
Your expertise
• Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office operations at financial institutions
• At least 3 years of experience in KYC-related tasks
• Strong communication skills and fast administrative processing ability
• A flexible and collaborative team player
• strong English communication skills (orally and written) would be an additional merit particularly for collaboration with offshore stakeholders.
