トレイルヘッドアカデミーでは、Salesforce認定資格プログラムに関する問い合わせサポートおよびその運営管理を担うCredential Support Associate Analyst の募集をしています。このポジションは、ケースを迅速に対応することが最優先の業務として、サポートに必要なインフラ(アプリケーション、Webサイト、FAQドキュメントなど）を整備します。
社内で運用する受験申し込みページでの問題、アカウントに関する問い合わせ、試験に関する問い合わせに迅速に対応し、受験者が受験中に問題が発生した際には、試験ベンダーと連携し、スムーズに問題を解決することをサポートします。トラブルが発生した場合には、常に顧客の信頼を損なわないよう、最善の努力で対応します。
このポジションでは、グローバルなメンバーとして、資格プログラムをよく理解するとともに、日本のメンバーとして、日本のお客様の状況をしっかりと把握していることが求められます。
認定資格プログラムの変更がある場合には、そのインパクトを把握した上で、チームメンバーに共有し、インパクトを最小限に抑えられるように、事前の通知やWebサイトでの告知などに協力します。また、認定資格プログラムのセキュリティを遵守し、問題の漏洩や不正がないようにするとともに、インシデントが発生した場合には、グローバルの方針に基づき適切な対応をします。
責務/Task
- お客様からのメールでの問い合わせ対応、およびサポート業務の全体的な運営と管理を担当
- サポート業務に必要な社内システムやWebサイトの維持管理
- お客様に提供するKnowledge(FAQ)の追加や更新、必要に応じてその他のリソースを整備
- プロセスドキュメントを整備し、情報を常に最新に保つ
- グローバルで利用するツールやシステムのローカライズを推進し、積極的にプロジェクトに参加(UAT含む)、日本での導入をサポート
- 問い合わせの傾向を理解し、ケースマネージメントの問題や課題を特定し、改善策を提案・実施
- レポートやダッシュボードを利用し、ケース件数やその推移、クローズ状況を報告
基本条件(Required):
- 3年以上のカスタマーサポートまたはテクニカルサポート経験
- 業務を整理するスキルを持ち、細心の注意を払いながら正確にタスクを完了できる
- 複雑な事象を明確に伝えるコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、同時に相手の話を理解し、傾聴できる
- プロセスや手順を遵守し、迅速に意思決定や判断を下せる
- 優先順位をつけて複数の業務を並行して進行させるマルチタスク能力とリーダーシップを持つ
- グローバルなチームメンバーとバーチャルでコミュニケーションし、チームメンバーとして業務を進行できる
- Google製品(Spreadsheet, Slide, Document)の使用経験および活用経験
- 日本語の読み書き、会話能力を持ち、日本語のニュアンスを正確に捉え、流暢にコミュニケーションができる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル(TOEIC 750点以上)
- ダイナミックな環境で、新しい方法や考え方を柔軟に受け入れ、迅速に対応できる能力
