As a Customer Project Manager (CPM) within the Network Infrastructure Business Group’s Customer Delivery team at Nokia Japan, you will play a crucial role in steering the successful delivery of projects for our major accounts, initially focusing on Network Infrastructure projects. Reporting to the NTT & Enterprise Customer Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, enhance project profitability, and maintain high customer satisfaction. In this dynamic environment, you will interact directly with customers, manage relationships, coordinate change management, and safeguard project quality. • Lead the delivery of Network Infrastructure projects for a major account in Japan, ensuring alignment with customer contracts.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project delivery to meet profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, managing relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Coordinate change management across all project aspects including cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, and contract management to ensure adherence to budget and profitability goals.
• Conduct risk management and identify opportunities for contract expansion and renewal.
• Lead and support project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure all project documentation and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect project progress and KPIs.
You have:
• 3+ years of successful project delivery
• Strong understanding of Project Management Tools and Methodologies
• Fluent Japanese and strong English language skills
It would be nice if you also had:
• Expertise in project delivery in the telecom industry
• Knowledge of the Japanese Telco market
• Experience working with Japanese subcontractors and system integrators
• Expertise in Network Infrastructure projects (Fixed, IP, or Optical networks)
• Strong understanding of commercial management and financial project management
• PMP/PMI certification
