Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience and strong knowledge on AR support service and account management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with good organizational skills along with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Understand stakeholder needs and effectively prioritized projects and task while ensuring long term strategy goal
- Well organized, detail oriented, keep track of various deadline in a high demand environment
- Outstanding presentation abilities and the confidence to engage with senior management/Partners
Responsibilities
- Support and working with the AR team by sharing Fee notes raised by the engagement team and ensure accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive and detailed/customized AR reports; also, on analyzing collection reports and billing reports etc. and circulate to stakeholders accordingly
- Client/vendor portal management pertaining to Fee notes and provide information to EP/EM
- Performs follow up with the clients/finance team on outstanding Fee notes and manage AR database
- Maintain SOA to the clients on regular intervals and reconcile book of accounts for the respective clients
- Develop customized AR reports, collection reports, billing reports, various KPI and BoB reports etc. and transmit to the respective stakeholders
- Facilitate any additional queries/reports raised by the concern EP/EM and support on any ad hoc request
