The opportunity
Join us as an Engine Release Support Engineer, where you'll play a meaningful role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Unity products and services provided to our strategic partners. In this position, you'll aim to create stable, groundbreaking products by collaborating with customers, R&D teams, and support staff to identify and solve issues. You'll also contribute to streamlining and automating workflows for release support and quality assurance.

What you'll be doing
- Leading QA efforts and serving as the primary liaison between our QA team and strategic customers.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between R&D and support teams, ensuring seamless workflows.
- Performing daily quality control tasks and building the necessary abilities to deliver consistent results.
- Building trust with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring product stability.
- Developing and improving testing processes to enhance the efficiency of release support workflows.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency and experience in C# and Unity.
- Engineering skills required to work in a QA Environment.
- Fluent in Japanese.
You might also have
- Effective written/verbal communication in English and able to communicate seamlessly with overseas teams in English.
- C++ development experience in a game production environment
- Knowledge of test and QA processes, showcasing a forward-thinking approach.
- Console development experience.
