業務内容： 半導体の成膜時に必要不可欠な装置の保守、メンテナンス、テクニカルサポート、改善・改良提案など幅広い業務をお任せします。
業務詳細： ご入社後まずはOJTにて装置への理解などを深めながら、顧客先への装置の納入・立ち上げをご担当いただきます。その後、お客様のニーズに応じた装置のメンテナン ス、サステニングを通して、カスタマイズや改良、修復、メンテナンスなどを幅広くお任せしています。装置に大きな不具合が生じた際には、装置の分析・解析を行い、 専門領域のエンジニアと協力して解決策を講じることもあります。
