【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 This role supports Global Priority Brand Communicators in delivering impactful, timely, and compliant communications for key regulatory milestones, data announcements, and scientific congresses. The position also plays a key role in issues management for priority brands and brand team engagement.【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) Regulatory Milestone Communications •Support the development of global communication plans for regulatory milestones, including filings, approvals, and label updates. •Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of accurate and compliant materials. •Draft and refine core message frameworks, Q&As, and internal announcements to align with regulatory updates and business objectives.
Data Announcements & Scientific Congresses •Assist in the development and execution of global communication strategies for key data announcements and scientific congresses. •Work cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging, content development, and timely distribution of communications. •Develop and adapt core messaging, Q&As, and internal updates to support data releases and congress activities.
Issues Management •Monitor and support the identification and management of communication risks related to priority brands. •Draft holding statements, core message frameworks, Q&As, and response protocols to manage emerging issues effectively. •Ensure communications align with regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration •Serve as a key point of contact for the Global Commercial Communications Network, ensuring seamless execution of brand communications. •Collaborate with Corporate, R&D Communications, and Investor Relations to align brand and TA-related messaging.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required> •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Life Sciences, or a related field. •3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications. •Strong understanding of regulatory processes, clinical data communication, and industry compliance requirements. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts. •Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is highly desirable.

Leadership & Execution Excellence •Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-market projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. •Strong project management skills, ensuring timely execution and impact-driven communications. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across global, regional, and local teams.

【給与 / Salary】 ①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定 ②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給 ③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給 ①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability. ②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade) ③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
