Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Analyze HR data and metrics, creating comprehensive reports and data-driven recommendations for HR leadership.
• Assist in HR project management, including system implementations, process improvements, and change management.
• Handle employee inquiries, providing support for HR-related questions and issues.
• Maintain and update HR records and systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Support the development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure HR practices adhere to legal standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in HR data analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiencies in HR reporting, data visualization, and HRIS.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
