Position Overview / Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to complete the one or more of the below accountabilities, to ensure the day-to-day activities of the warehouse are completed in line with the agreed customer service levels and support logistics manager to provide insight on general logistics optimisation.
Accountabilities: 業務責任範囲
Accountability 1: Ensure accurate day to day Inbound/Outbound/Reverse with team member in collaboration with Customer Service and Sales team
カスタマーサービス、営業チームと連携し、日々のルーチンワークをチームメンバーとともに行いながら、業務を円滑に行う。
- Responsible for ensuring accurate daily Shipping, order filling, picking & packing and billing
日々の出荷業務とその管理をおこなう/請求書を発行、送付する
- Inspection, Labeling, Receiving, Warehousing
入荷した製品の検品、ラベリング、受け入れ、棚入れを行う
- Receiving , inspection of products returned from market
返品された製品の検品、受け入れ、棚入れを行う
- Receiving and export of products for repair
修理のために返品された製品を受け入れ、APACへ送付する
- Conduct weekly cycle count and stock-taking bi-annually aligned with understanding of the Company policies on inventory.
週単位でのサイクルカウントと年2回の棚卸の実行する
- Support logistics manager on Inventory management, ensuring accurate supply & demand level and analyzing optimal levels of inventories by SKUs, escalate to Logistics Manager for any irregularity.
在庫管理 正確な需要と供給レベルの確定、最適なストックレベルの分析をする
- Respond to support requests and solve issues with related department, Analyze root cause of the issue and escalate to Logistics manager, Change the WI(Work Instruction) & SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) if needed
他部門と連携をしながら改善やクレームへの迅速な対応
- Request base - Conduct UAT for system change/projects in Oracle, online store and other system
様々なシステム変更等に伴うテストを実行する
Accountability 2: Comply to Audit policy, Understand and comply with government requirements
監査/政府の要求事項への準拠
- Support Logistics Manager on executing process improvement closely working with Logistics Manager and be compliant with audit/government requirements in a timely manner
業務を改善し、監査/政府の要件にタイムリーに準拠するサポートを行う
- Support of implement the change in a timely manner and accurately when laws are revised
法改正の際のタイムリーな手順の変更のサポートを行う
Accountability 3: Support Logistics Manager for Projects and improvement
プロジェクトや改善におけるマネージャーのサポート
- Support Logistics Manager on some projects and improvement for successful implementation
新製品の上市やその他のプロジェクトにおいて、マネージャーをサポートし、ロジスティックスの立場から成功に貢献する
