As part of this growth, we seek an energetic and focused individual to join our APAC Team to provide leadership in the Building Management System (BMS/EPMS) Design, Delivery, and Commissioning of our data centers in APAC. Leads in all BMS/EPMS design matters and maintaining a standard Basis of Design for the business, supporting our in-country design team in developing and maintaining accurate BMS/EPMS designs, architectures, Bill of materials, and supporting commissioning activities on critical control systems. This also includes working with engineering teams, identifying BMS service providers and working with them to deliver the BMS/EPMS system to Stack Infrastructure requirements.
This role is also responsible for ensuring that integration of BMS systems into a higher level DCIM platform that will improve the visibility of DCs in the region. This also includes development of a standard solution for BMS API integration with our tenants for visibility. The BMS/EPMS Basis of Design shall be a standard solution that can be utilized at other sites without many changes.
A good knowledge of power/energy metering in the data center domain will also be an added advantage. Must be able to understand PUE and other efficiency calculations within the data center space and able to correlate BMS data vs tenant power usage and presenting that into the BMS Dashboards. The ability to interrogate multiple devices using open protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, is essential. Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL, MS SQL and webservices will be an added advantage.
