- Verifying the uploaded data (content) and making sure that everything is complete and correct
- Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skills, have attention to detail, be adaptive to new situations, have a willingness to learn, be independent, and have ownership.
- Guide the hotels to enter information into the extranet to completion.
- Process the hotel to go live into the Traveloka system.
- Interaction with hotel partners in obtaining information, verifying data supplied, and handling other inquiries from hotel partners.
- Provide administrative support to the Market Management team.
- Responsible for setting up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, managing hotel content, and handling technical issues experienced by hotels.
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill the supply operation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to deal with complex problems that require both creativity and structured thinking to solve.
- Good communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen, especially in leading projects and initiatives.
- Able to prioritize and work on several projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Able to work well in a rapidly changing environment
