As a part of our New Graduate 2026 Intake , you will gain firsthand experience in a variety of roles across our hotel. From guest services to housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and more. You will be working closely with seasoned professionals, receiving mentorship, and having the opportunity to contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. More than that, explore opportunities for advancement within Four Seasons' global network, with clear paths for promotion and professional growth.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of outstanding service
Learn industry-leading best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support special projects and initiatives in various operational areas
Take part in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your professional development
Provide proactive support in delivering luxury service in line with Four Seasons standards
What You Bring
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A team player with the ability to adapt and work independently when required
