SummaryFirework Japan is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to support general administrative and back-office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our Tokyo office, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Greet and coordinate with visitors and external vendors
- Manage office supplies and equipment ordering and inventory
- Oversee company tools, systems, and asset management
- Assist with invoice creation and basic accounting tasks
- Handle general office duties including mailing, document handling, and bank visits
- Support preparation of submission documents and data imports to internal systems
We’ll be excited if you have
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow through on plans
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work onsite in the Tokyo office (remote work is not available for this role)
