Job Description
Process Optimization
- Support efforts to improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and reducing complexities.
- Contribute to enhancing processes across various supply chain functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
- Use data analytics to identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for development and optimization.
Technology Integration
- Contribute to the adoption and integration of digital tools to enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
- Support the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve operational alignment and communication.
Cost and Risk Management
- Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and managing potential risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in process improvement, automation, or data analytics within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as RPA and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and optimizing processes.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in cost analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of efficiency projects.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain practices, with experience in driving operational efficiencies.
- A customer-focused mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on trends in automation, digitalization, and data analytics.
