本ポジションは、PlayStation Storeにおけるインシデントマネジメントや品質チェック業務を通じて、サービス品質の維持・向上に貢献する役割です。将来的にはチームを牽引し、グローバルと連携しながら継続的改善と再発防止の体制を強化するマネジメント候補としての活躍を期待します。プロセスの見直しや仕組みづくり、AIや自動化の導入など運用レベルを超えた改善活動を牽引できる環境があり、多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームと協働しながら、組織を進化させていける熱い思いをもった方を歓迎します。
1. PlayStation Store インシデントマネジメント業務
- 発生したインシデントに対し、原因究明から対応・解決、再発防止策の検討・実行までをリード
- お客様およびパートナー企業への説明・報告を含む対応の全体マネジメント
- インシデントサマリーや定期レポートの作成、レビュー会の運営
2. PlayStation Store 品質レビュー業務
- インシデントの未然防止に向けた、パートナー様提出素材レビューおよびPS Store上の商品レビュー
- 外部パートナーとの調整・フィードバック対応を含むコミュニケーション全般
3. 関係省庁や管理団体向けのレポート作成業務
- 法令遵守や権利保護の観点から必要な報告書の作成、提出、および関連する対外対応
日本拠点は少人数ながら、グローバルチームと密接に連携し、全世界のPlayStation Storeの品質向上に貢献しています。 業務は広範にわたり、迅速な意思決定と対応力、チーム内外との連携が求められます。 時間的な制約があるなかで、プレッシャーもありますが、問題解決時のやりがいも大きい職場です。 ■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
- 3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメントまたはオペレーションリードの経験
- 課題の抽出から解決策の立案・実行、再発防止までを一貫して主導した経験
- 複数部門との調整・交渉や対外折衝の経験
- 行政機関や取引先とのレポート対応・外部折衝経験
- エンジニアや他部門との横断的な協業経験
- ゲームやエンターテインメントに対する理解と情熱

- 英語：ビジネスレベル（目安：TOEIC 800点以上）
└ グローバルとの日常的な英語メール・メッセージ対応が必要。月数回程度の英語会議あり。 - 日本語：ビジネスレベル（日本語能力試験N1またはそれに相当するスキル）
