RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use product specifications to design test procedures and standards.
1. Study and analyze equipment performance and process conditions to improve efficiency, productivity and cost savings (Continuous Improvement, CIP).
2. Support plant and trial operation; coordinate Change Management as well as product and process transfers.
3. Prepare and update technical documentation (P&ID, equipment datasheets, heat&material balances, etc) to support changes and/or projects in cooperation with Maintenance team.
4. Perform Project Responsible tasks for small to medium investments.
5. Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
- Japanese language communication capability must be business level.
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
- Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
- Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
