Essential Responsibilities
Implement new Repair and Harvest program with Repair Development Engineer Collaborate with global and regional multi-Engineering teams and improve Repair, Depot, and Harvest operation from technical standpoint. Lead quality analysis, technical and quality improvement project in Japan Repair Center Install and keep required jigs and tools effectively to Repair, Depot, and Harvest lines in alignment with GEHC EHS and Quality standard. Contribute LEAN enhancement and EHS activities in Repair and Harvest operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years electrical/mechanical repair and trouble-shooting experience. Capabilities on schematic drawing reading or design, know the power module rationale, knowledge in Software area is preferred. Effective communication skill to change OMS/procedure by collaboration with various background team members. Keen sense of complaint handling and improvement logic with full alignment in EHS/Compliance. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver result in constantly changing environment. Ability to communicate with Japanese and no hesitance to communicate in English, willing to travel in an extremely low frequency.
