【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】This is a pharmacologist position responsible for developing antibody therapeutics, such as ADCs, based on a deep understanding of the biological mechanisms induced by toxins and innate immune cells. The position holder is expected to understand the purpose of pharmacological studies, design appropriate protocols, and conduct experiments under the direction of the pharmacology lead for each project. In addition, the position holder is expected to transfer their established experimental techniques to other team members. The pharmacological research will mainly involve preclinical in vitro studies, including MOA analysis.【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】（雇入れ直後）1. Plan and conduct non-clinical pharmacological studies, necessary to advance oncology projects, such as target identification and selection of drug candidates, under the guidance of the manager and team leader2. Possesses advanced technical skills in areas such as cell culture, cell sorting, flow cytometry, and IHC, and is able to transfer these techniques to other team members.
