The Senior User Acquisition Manager will lead the management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving user growth in Japan and other APAC markets. This role reports directly to the APAC User Acquisition Manager and collaborates closely within a cross-functional, matrixed team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:Lead data analysis and optimize UA campaigns based on internal performance KPIs. Regularly monitor, assess and present in-depth reports on campaign performance to company stakeholders.Provide input and data-driven insights into creative development.Manage relationships with existing partners and identify new platforms and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.Engage closely with the Creative, Sales, Product, and Data teams, fostering a cohesive approach to align on company goals and strategies.Stay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition trends, market dynamics, and emerging platforms in Japan.
Requirements:5–7+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.Proven ability to manage UA campaigns across multiple platforms, effectively handling substantial budgets.Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional fluency in other Asian languages is a plus.In-depth knowledge of mobile advertising technologies, including attribution tools and platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies for user acquisition.Hands-on experience with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, and major platforms such as Facebook, Google, and others relevant to the Japanese market.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise reporting.
