Job Description
- You will work with exceptional engineers for researching, designing, implementing, and supporting software for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) used in the chemical analysis and life science industry.
- You will implement external specifications with enough understanding assigned to you.
- You will fix it with the root cause analysis of the defect assigned to you.
- You will research new function or new area of software.
- You will research future-features in ICP-MS application domain with software skills.
Qualifications
Musts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Mechanics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred)
- Willingness to learn and master software engineering
- Interest and ability to learn necessary knowledge in analytical instrument development
- Positive and proactive problem-solving approach
- English writing and reading skills
- Willingness to learn and master verbal communication in English
- Written and verbal communications skills in Japanese
Wants
Skill or experience in the following areas would be a plus but aren't required.
- Experience of coding in university
- Experience of analysis equipment operation, especially quadrupole mass spectrometry operation
- Verbal communication skills in English

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
