オラクル製品 (主にOracle DBやクラウド製品 )を使用するミッションクリティカルなシステムに対して締結されるハイレベルなサポートサービスのデリバリを遂行します。
お客様・パートナー会社様のシステムを安定稼働させるために必要な支援を行い、また事業の継続発展を支え続けるパートナーとして効果的と思われるサービスの提案を行います。
お客様システムの運用上の課題を主体となって解決に導き、安定運用に必要な技術情報を対象システム向けに取りまとめて提供します。
これら業務を社内関係者 (サポートエンジニア、開発エンジニア、製品担当、営業担当など )と連携して遂行します。
状況を関係者に共有し必要なリソースを集結させ対応にあたります。これら活動を通し、お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、提供するサービスについて顧客満足度を高め、会社全体のビジネスに貢献します。

1.クラウドサービス上でのシステム運用の知見、または Oracle DB の運用経験をお持ちの方
