Report to Head of Sales, MAHLE Trading Japan
Tasks
1. Training
- Responsible for planning and executing trainings on MTJC product quality and reliability to externals and internals
- Initiate up-to-date technical materials (brochures, videos, etc)
- Implement training KPIs and evaluate the result
2. Handling of queries and claims
- Responsible and a point of contact for all claims, inquiries on MTJC products quality issues
- Investigate claims received, address with findings back to customers
- Responsible for visiting customers to explain the product claim report
- Interface with Sales, Customer Service departments with claims as an input to the problem-solving processes
- Improve the product quality by working closely with Product Managers, suppliers
Education and experience level
- University bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or technical service in automotive industry is mandatory
- Onsite experience in maintenance is preferred
- Experience / knowledge of aftermarket is a plus
Language skills
Business Japanese and English language skills
