Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Technology Specialist with strong expertise in Front Office Trading Systems and a comprehensive understanding of trade lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trading platforms such as Fidessa, Ullink, or similar systems, which is considered a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance Front Office Trading Systems to optimize trading operations.
- Monitor and manage trade lifecycle processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with trading teams to implement system improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trading technologies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in trading technology, particularly in Front Office Trading Systems.
- In-depth understanding of trade lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Fidessa, Ullink, or similar trading platforms is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is required to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Should know trade workflows, order management, and settlement processes for cash, futures, and options.
- Understanding of cash equities, futures, and options markets.
- Work in partnership with our clients, sales, and trading to ensure that trades are allocated, confirmed, and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide support to front office equities trading desks and act as a point of contact for internal front/back-office enquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
