By aligning local execution with global design directives, this role ensures that every visual presentation reflects the brand’s identity, engages customers, and enhances the in-store experience across these culturally diverse regions.
To oversee the end-to-end execution of seasonal window installations, visual light box updates, and VMD prop management throughout Japan, Guam, and Hawaii. This includes coordinating with global headquarters (Italy), internal cross-functional teams, and regional vendors to ensure all visual elements meet brand standards, technical specifications, and legal requirements (e.g., local fire and building codes). The mission also encompasses inventory control and inter-location logistics of VMD props, ensuring timely and efficient visual support across all regional retail locations.
Responsibilities
■ Window Display Execution Management
Managed the execution of seasonal window displays based on design directives received from HQ (Italy)
Coordinated and aligned with internal departments on design details, implementation timelines, and approvals
Oversaw external vendors and contractors regarding technical drawings, cost estimates, scheduling, and quality control
Conducted necessary pre-research and liaised with HQ for confirmation and final approval of designs and execution plans
■ Regular Replacement of Visual Light Box
Managed the replacement of Light Box, scheduled concurrently with window display updates
Coordinated with HQ post-design delivery to ensure alignment with internal departments and external vendors
Supervised external partners in handling technical specifications, cost management, scheduling, and quality assurance
Facilitated detailed communication with HQ, including design clarification and prior research as needed
■ VMD Props Management
Placed orders for VMD props in collaboration with HQ (Italy) for each project
Handled inventory management of VMD props, including storage control and inter-store transfers
Requirement
Language: Basic English proficiency (sufficient for email correspondence)
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Illustrator
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is essential
Knowledge: Basic understanding of relevant Fire Safety Regulations and Building Standards Laws as applicable to window display construction
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in window display execution or installation
