Service Portfolio Management/ サービスポートフォリオ管理
Manage a portfolio of service contracts aimed at providing value to customers/ 顧客に価値を提供することを目的としたサービス契約のポートフォリオを管理する
• Establish and review the Contracted Services process description, procedures and authorities and communicate it to the organization/ 契約サービスプロセスの説明、手順、および権限を確立およびレビューし、それをチームに伝達する。
• Reach healthy portfolio on the contracts (contract revenues less contract costs), reflecting the value provided to customers. Important to see the big picture and some contracts should have higher profit and some could have lower profit/ 契約の健全なポトフォリオ(契約収益から契約コストを差し引いたもの)を達成し、顧客に提供された価値を反映します。全体像を見ることが重要であり、一部の契約はより高い利益を持つべきであり、一部の契約はより少ない利益を持つ可能性がある。
• Continuously make projections of final contract costs and compare those with the total projected revenues, contract by contract/ 最終契約コストを継続的に予測し、それらを契約ごとに予測される総収益と比較します。
• Act as auditor of the national Contracted Services operations in the national network/ 全国ネットワークにおける全国契約サービス業務を監査する役割を担う。
• Make tools available for regular and accurate reporting and control of national contracts portfolio/ 国内契約ポートフォリオの定期的かつ正確な報告と管理のためのツールを利用できるようにする。
• Follow up national contracts portfolio/ 国内契約ポートフォリオのフォローアップ
• Establish and review the pre-calculated distribution plan for contract revenues and projected contract costs (spend curve)/ 契約収益と予測契約コスト(支出曲線)について事前に計算された分配計画を確立し、レビューする

Contracted Services promotion/ 受託サービスの推進
‐Promote the contracted services through communication and via sales tools, marketing material etc./ コミュニケーションや販売ツール、マーケティング資料などを通じて、契約したサービスを宣伝します
• Document, describe and communicate the Contracted Services business strategy in the organization/ 組織内の契約サービスのビジネス戦略を文書化、説明、伝達する
• Make sales tools, marketing material and sales arguments available to the salesmen/ セールスツール、マーケティング資料、セールスディスカッションをセールスマンが利用できるようにする
• Establish and review the national legal contract documents (General Terms & Conditions etc) for Contracted Services/ 契約サービスに関する国内の法的契約文書(一般取引条件など)の確立とレビュー
• Establish and review the pre-calculated distribution plan for contract revenues and projected contract costs (spend curve)/ 契約収益と予測契約コスト(支出曲線)について事前に計算された分配計画を確立し、レビューする
• Establish and review the national and local offerings to customer/ お客様への全国および地方の提供を確立し、見直します
• To maximize sales of and continually develop National Contracted Services while controlling risk exposure by establishing the right offerings, organisation and manning, procedures and authorities, systems and reporting/ 適切なサービス、組織と人員配置、手順と権限、システム、および報告を確立することにより、リスクエクスポージャーを制御しながら、国内契約サービスの売上を最大化し、継続的に開発すること
• To liaise with sales staff (central and local), workshop managers and Finance & Accounting (central and local) and other stakeholders./ 営業スタッフ(中央およびローカル)、ワークショップマネージャー、財務および経理(中央およびローカル)、およびその他の利害関係者と連絡を取るため
• Participation personally in national and/or big fleet deal negotiations and Contracted Services calculations/ 国内および/または大規模なフリート取引交渉および契約サービスの計算に個人的に参加
・Ensure proper systems use and other handling (priorities, routines, reporting) by workshops during local administration of contract jobs/ 契約業務の現地管理中に、ワークショップによる適切なシステムの使用およびその他の処理(優先順位、ルーチン、報告)を確保します
