障がい者の方の定着支援とサポート業務
具体的には・・・
・障がい者社員が担当している業務の管理マネージメント
・依頼された業務と障がい者社員のマッチングや橋渡し
・支援機関との連携
※現在障がい者メンバーは、下記の業務に従事しています。
基幹業務：
・庶務業務、環境整備
・郵便、宅急便の受領、発送補助
・社内申請書のチェック、入力作業
この他、下記のチーム業務も行っています。
・翻訳（英日、日英）
・経理
・データ処理等
メンバーをサポートしていただくことを期待しております。
★勤務地は当社幕張事業所となりますが、採用から最初の三ヶ月程度は、週に一度程度六本木事業所に出社していただくことを予定しています。
また、その後も、月に一回程度は部内会議などのために六本木事業所に出社の場合がございます。

- Responding to inquiries from employees
★How to work
Depending on the content of the work, we plan to have a hybrid system of coming to the office several times a week and working from home.
We are planning to respond to multiple people.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Basic PC operaton skills -Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT L1 or equivalent)
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Qualified social workers, job coaches, nurses welcome
- Those who have work experience at a work transition support office.
Required Education :
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Education :
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
