Summary:

Responsibilities Include:

• 代理店と密に連携し、既存顧客の予測や新モデルの情報をタイムリーに生産スケジュールに反映させる。またその正確性を向上させる為にチームメンバーに助言する。
• 顧客の新モデル検討や発売時期、競合他社の材料情報など、市場動向の情報を収集する。 それらの情報をセールスエンジニアチームに伝え、キーアカウントの成長に貢献する。
• 主要顧客の購買/生産/エンジニアリングチームと密に連携し、弊社製品が顧客の要求に合致しているかどうか、最新のフィードバックを得てアカウントマネージャーチームとして販売戦力を策定する。
• 競合他社の材料から弊社の新製品/アプリケーションへのシェアシフトの機会を創造する。
• 顧客が直面している品質／物流関連の問題に対処することで、顧客からの信頼を獲得する。
• 顧客や代理店への出張。

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（ライティング、スピーキング）
• Eメールの読み書きレベル
• 5年以上の化学製品の営業経験
• チームワークとコミュニケーション能力が高く、ペースの速い業界で働く能力
• 顧客や業界との信頼関係を構築する能力
• 製品、ビジネス、市場に対する高い学習意欲
• 失敗や質問を恐れないマインド

Preferred Qualifications:

• 自動車業界や化学業界に関する業務経験
• 顧客や製造、カスタマーサービスなど社内の複数の部門との強い対人関係やコミュニケーションスキル
• エネルギーに溢れ、成功への原動力となる自発的な性格であること
• チームワーク、顧客志向、学習への情熱
• 臨機応変で起業家的な行動ができる
