UAT tester
The opportunity
We are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC
Your key responsibilities
- UAT testing of various Marketing technology products – Web, social, eMarketiong & mobile
- Write and execute test cases and scripts
- Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
- Experience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.
- Manage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
- Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments
Skills and attributes for success
- Working knowledge of Enterprise CMS (AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS) Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
- Experience of end-to-end marketing technology platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.
- Should be comfortable in a global and virtual teaming environment, should be excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geography. (Clients are from UK)
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Working knowledge of Enterprise CMS (Unily, AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS)
- Experience of end to end Marketing technology products/platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.
- Experience with QA and user experience testing process, methodologies and tools.
- Experience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines, and deliver a quality product.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
- Experience managing stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
- Experience with tracking work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments
- Strong marketing technology background
- Excellent written and verbal communication. (Clients are from UK)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients
Technologies and Tools
- Content management system (AEM, Wordpress etc)
- Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Sprinklr, Hubspot etc)
- MS Office tools (Word, Excel, IE); web/production technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
